Video Studio Operations
Description
An introduction to the use of cameras and video switchers in multi-camera settings. Through lectures, demonstrations, and exercises, students explore camera positions, camerawork, lighting techniques, aesthetics, video and audio signals, and roles of crew members. Students gain experience in practical live and recording production in a studio, with an emphasis on planning, production management, execution, and teamwork. For hybrid and online sections, minimum technology requirements are a working camera and microphone. Students are to switch both on at the instructor’s request.
